Gary Saunders: change management specialist,
HR specialist (Partner)

Gary has been a consultant for more than 19 years, moving from BP to Coopers & Lybrand, then to training consultancy Applied Learning and finally to Beaufort Management Consultants before co-founding fe3 in 2002 . He has specialised in developing approaches to help clients improve the management of the people aspects of change since 1990, working with more than 60 leading clients in most sectors of the European economy. These clients have included Bayer, TEVA, Lloyd’s Register, UK Ministry of Defence, HM Prison Service and Royal Mail.
The range of approaches he uses includes developing and aligning people with vision and values, leadership and team development, performance management and measuring the impact of change interventions on employee and customer satisfaction. He has considerable experience in improving customer – client interactions.

He is also a regular speaker at international conferences, has published papers and articles in journals and trade magazines, contributed to “Strategic Management”, published by OUP and co-authored a handbook on reward and recognition, published by Gee. He teaches an international Masters degree at Regents Business School, London.

Gary has an honours degree in Psychology from Nottingham University and is a member of the British Psychological Society and of the Institute of Directors.

He has a passion for Formula 1 Grand Prix and fine wine.
