Expectations of your company, whether external or internal, are set by what and how you communicate. If the messages that set customer and employee expectations don’t match the experience, the result is – at best - disappointment.

We’re not a marketing or a PR agency. We don’t design corporate brochures. We write strong, clear briefs which encapsulate the work we’ve done so other agencies can support and articulate your corporate purpose and your values to external audiences.

Our role in internal communication is to ensure as clear a strategy in the internal programme as in the external. We are often asked to implement internal communication programmes to support change and the engagement of employees.
