Project description: Design and delivery of annual leadership development and change management programme aimed at fast-track middle management (expected to become country managers and members of the Board). The module is part of an MBA-level development programme combining the skills of academics and practitioners which aims to impact on the leadership culture through emphasis on participants' work assignments outside the course delivery. The course has also been designed to take account of the different learning styles and nationalities of participants.
