APS/Berk
Part of the world’s leading generic pharmaceuticals company, TEVA, APS/Berk is currently number three in the UK generics market. It has a large packing operation in Eastbourne and a distribution and sales and marketing hub near Leeds. In recent years, since its acquisition by TEVA, the company has transferred production to its sister company in Hungary (Biogal) to allow it to focus investment on a major upgrade of its packaging technology.
Gary has worked with APS/Berk for more than five years, helping the company define its vision and mission, improve its customer focus, review its business processes and designing and contributing to a leadership programme. APS/Berk has won the industry award for the best generics company in the UK for the past two years.
